UPSI & QUANZHOU PRESCHOOL EDUCATION COLLEGE
Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) is a Public Institution of Higher Education (IPTA) which plays an important part in the history of our nation’s education, it started with the Sultan Idris Training College(“SITC”) in 1922.
Quanzhou Preschool Education College (“QPEC“）， formerly known as Quanzhou Peiying Girls’ School founded in 1890, is a normal college sponsored by Quanzhou Municipal People’s Government. The pilot unit for the comprehensive reform of “education”, the model modern higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province, and the first batch of pilot units for vocational skill level recognition in Fujian Province.
The two parties signed this memorandum of understanding with a sincere attitude to jointly develop 2+2 joint reading, academic exchanges, teacher visits, and student mobility programs. Under this agreement, QPEC will enroll about one hundred students to study this twinning course each year. This projecct led, negotiated and coordinated by Globalfront International.
